How We Do It

We start with your 3D Solid part file. This can be a native Solidworks file, trimmed surface iges file or step file. This in turn is machined with CNC machinery into a mold. We have turned this process into a science and can complete in a matter of days what takes our competitors months to do.  Once the mold is machined, samples are shot in a conventional injection molding machine. The final parts you receive are REAL WORLD parts! And done in an incredibly fast time frame!
